Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Praczo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Novatech Ventures LLC, d/b/a Praczo (“Praczo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account for a minor, you accept responsibility for the minor's use of the Service.

Praczo provides a digital SAT preparation platform including practice questions, full-length adaptive tests, concept mastery tracking, AI-powered tutoring, personalized study plans, and related features accessible at praczo.com.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each account is for use by a single individual only. You may not share your account credentials or allow another person to access your account. Violation of this rule may result in termination of your account and disqualification from the score improvement guarantee.

You must notify us immediately at support@praczo.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Free trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period ends, access is suspended until you subscribe to a paid plan.

Paid plans

Praczo offers three subscription plans: Monthly ($149/month), Quarterly ($99/month, billed $297 every 3 months), and Annual ($49/month, billed $588/year). All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Praczo to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms of service.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. Praczo does not issue pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period, except as required by applicable law or as provided under the Score Improvement Guarantee.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Praczo offers a score improvement guarantee under the following conditions. If you meet all eligibility requirements and do not achieve a 200-point improvement on the official SAT, we will refund your subscription fees for the qualifying period.

Eligibility requirements

To qualify for a refund under the guarantee you must:

• Have an official SAT score of 1250 or lower, taken within 3 months before your Praczo signup
• Submit your baseline score within your first 7 days on the platform
• Maintain a continuous 3-month paid subscription without cancellation
• Complete at least 500 practice questions within Praczo
• Complete at least 10 full-length adaptive practice tests within Praczo
• Review and correct all mistakes from your practice
• Use the account as the sole registered student only
• Retake the official SAT within 60 days of your subscription ending
• Submit your official score report and refund request within 30 days of your test date

Refund scope

The guarantee covers a refund of Praczo subscription fees only. It does not cover SAT registration fees, tutoring costs, books, or any other third-party expenses.

Verification

We will verify your eligibility within 5–7 business days of receiving your score report. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of verification.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Share, reproduce, or distribute Praczo content (questions, tests, lessons) outside the platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

All content on Praczo — including practice questions, explanations, concept lessons, tests, software, design, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Praczo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your own SAT preparation. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Praczo content.

SAT® is a registered trademark of the College Board. Praczo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board.

Praczo uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to generate practice questions, concept lessons, hints, and explanations. While we review AI-generated content for quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free.

AI tutor responses are generated dynamically based on your inputs. They are intended as educational guidance only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional tutoring or official College Board materials.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Praczo does not guarantee any specific score improvement beyond what is covered by the Score Improvement Guarantee. Actual results depend on individual effort, study habits, and other factors outside our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRACZO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR PERSONAL INJURY.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Praczo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
