What exactly does the guarantee cover?
We refund 100% of the Praczo subscription fees you paid during the qualifying period. The guarantee does not cover third-party costs such as official SAT registration fees, tutors, or books.
What if I improved, but by less than 200 points?
The guarantee specifically requires a 200-point improvement. Smaller improvements, while great progress, do not qualify for a refund under the guarantee terms.
Can I use a PSAT score as my baseline?
No. The guarantee requires an official SAT score from the College Board. PSAT scores are not accepted as a baseline.
What counts toward the 500 practice questions?
Any practice question answered inside Praczo — whether in a concept drill, a practice session, or a full-length test — counts toward the 500-question requirement.
What if I cancel before 3 months and then resubscribe?
The subscription must be continuous for 3 months. Cancelling and resubscribing resets the clock. Plan interruptions disqualify you from the guarantee.
How long does the refund take after I submit my claim?
We verify your claim within 5–7 business days of receiving your official score report. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after verification.
Do I need to complete the requirements in a specific order?
No specific order is required for the questions and tests — just complete them within your 3-month subscription window. The baseline score must be submitted within your first 7 days.
